It is almost impossible for any PROFESSIONAL design firm to provide a new or unknown client with a truly CUSTOMIZED design draft for free. This simply is not feasable unless the company is literally working from pre-made, out-of-the-box design templates. Unfortunately, many design firms take advantage of the fact that, for the most part, only a well trained professional can easily tell the difference, and the average consumer is all too often mislead to purchase a "customized-template" in lieu of a truly "custom design".

"Customized-Template Design " is NOT the same as "Custom Web Design". When templates are utilized...even if they are being defined as "customized", the results are often extremely limited at best, and you may find yourself regreting a decision to implement their use later on, as your business grows and requires further site development. It would be wise to consult with a trusted authority or friend in the design industry that has been trained to recognize the difference between the two before making any final decisions regarding your project. Many firms will represent themselves as "Custom Developers", when in actuallity they would be better defined as "Template Customizers". These firms and are not going to quickly admit to this actual fact. This is an unfortunate, all too often used, "play-on-words" and their actual meaning.

In the CUSTOM DESIGN industry there are actually several hours of skilled, professional development time and DIRECT LABOR COST that will be expended in order to truly and accurately capture the full depth of your vision. As a Custom Developer we will not be pulling from template libraries, but instead, we will be developing your draft truly from scratch and providing you with a "custom" representation and interpretation of YOUR unique vision.

THE TERMS & PROCEDURES of the NO OBLIGATION OFFER ARE SIMPLE:

l Short Project Assessment: Upon the advance receipt of your payment and $149 Non-Refundable Draft Fees we will schedule a SHORT PROJECT ASSESSMENT. This is not the same as our FULL assessment procedures and will require a very small amount of your time. (15 to 30 minutes) During this assessment we would like referrals to other sites you like, possible portfolio samples you like, color schemes, fonts and general topics relating to the look, feel and functionality of the site and your intended use and goals for the site will be discussed.

l Assignment Of Project Designer: One of our lead designer will then contact you at the scheduled time and they will work with you directly to determine and gather information regarding your visions, goals, the functionality and "look & feel" you wish to capture with your design development project. This is done directly with same the designer that may be later assigned the full PHASE ONE development task should you decide to work with us on your final project. This advance assignment of a designer will prevent any delays later on should you decide to continue to the next level of production.

l Draft Development & Submission: From the information gathered during the assessment and upon receipt of any additional logo's or images that may be required from you, a HIGH QUALITY 1024 x 768 JPEG DRAFT Image FIle will be developed and presented to you for review. The draft development process requires an average of 4 to 6 hours of production/labor time, and is usually completed and submitted to you within 24 to 72 hours of the completion of the assessment appointment and/or receipt of any materials/documents required by you to complete the draft.

l Retaining Your $149 Fee Value: Upon completion and submission of the finished TRIAL DRAFT, we allowed a 15 DAY DRAFT REVIEW period. In order to retain the full $149 fee value and apply it towards your final project fees, we require that you make and notify us of a favorable decision to select Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. as your firm AND an actual purchase and balance of deposit is then required to begin the actual development of your real design project.

l Your Final Decision Date: THE NON-REFUNDABLE DRAFT FEE MAY BE APPLIED DIRECTLY AND IN FULL TO ANY FINAL DEVELOPMENT COSTS, PROVIDING THAT WE RECEIVE YOUR DECISION WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE WE EMAIL YOU YOUR DRAFT. There are no exceptions to this TIME Condition, even if a favorable decision is made AFTER the 15 Days has passed. Please be fully aware of this time restriction and its implications BEFORE making your request.

l Further Development Options: We may sometimes impress you with the Draft, but may not have necessarily captured 100% of your vision. In such a case, please remember that in order to continue to work with you or make revisions to the draft, or to start over with another draft, you must be willing to COMMIT to an actual project, and in doing so, providing that it is within the 15 DAY REVIEW period, that your $149 Draft fee will be applied to your project and you may then schedule a "FULL-PROJECT ASSESSMENT" and in doing so, would then be entitled to unlimited Draft Revisions under the normal Terms of Production.

l Non-Refundable Trial Fees: Under NO circumstances, after we have begun the development of the Trial Draft, are we able to refund the fees associated with the LABOR COST for which the fees are intended to cover. By placing your request for this NO OBLIGATION OFFER, you understand that the fees are NON REFUNDABLE, and that you are under NO OBLIGATION to continue to work with our firm AT ANY TIME. You are not required to provide us with your final decision. However, the common-courtesy of communicating with us is greatly appreciated.

l Please Participate In "Common-Courtesy" Practices: Please note that we will request a courtesy reply and final decision from you on the 15th day after we submit the draft to you for review. Your prompt response on or before this date is greatly appreciated, but not required. Should you fail to respond, your project will be automatically placed in our HOLD for STATUS Que, and a representative may or may not continue to try to reach you depending on our current production schedules, to determine the status of your project. Please try to work with us under the practice of common courtesy to insure a mutual respect for all parties interest by voluntarily providing us with your final decision in a timely manner EVEN IF THE DECISION IS NOT FAVORABLE.
