HOSTING RENEWAL POLICIES:
Nothing represented verbally or in
any other fashion supercedes any written policies herein unless placed in writing
and signed by all parties involved in a particular project. Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. and/or any affilites thereof are 100% willing to accomodate ANY written agreement that would acknowlege and/or request Terms & Conditions that may differ form those herein stated. However, in absence of such a written agreement it is otherwise accepted and agreed by all parties, public or private, that the Terms & Policies found herein serve as full discloser and binding conditions under which any work shall be performed for any client whereby no other special arrangements have been specifically argreed upon.
Upon placing an
order with Go Worldwide Networks, Inc., it's partners or any affiliate thereof (either by paying for a project in
full or putting a deposit down on a project), during the process you are required
to and do therefore accept and agree to abide by and conform to all policies
publicly posted on this web site. Failure to actually read and understand these
policies does not exclude any client, agent or representative of any parties
from their intended purpose to protect all parties concerned. Before you enter
into any legal business agreement or committment to a project it is each party's individual responsibility to understand the manner in which all parties are expected to perform and conduct themselves under the terms of any said agreement with our firms or affiliates.
We have invested a great deal of effort and time on behalf all of our clients to fully insure disclosure of the fair and complete manner in which we conduct our businesses, and represent the practices, policies and procedures of our firms, and that said disclosures are clearly indicated herein. Please respect these postings and do not ask for, assume, or expect in any manner, unless specifically excluded from, and approved by all parties, in writing, to be made an exception to the general governing rules and policies that are herein posted. Our Production Policies & Design Procedures, and Terms and Conditions are herein fully disclosed and thereby do exist for the purpose of maintaining the smooth operation of our production facilities and operational procedures, which have been herein detailed with the full intentions insuring our abilities to provide the high quality of service enjoyed by all of our existing and/or new valued clients.
