PROJECT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Due to the completely CUSTOMIZED nature of most of our web development and design service processes AND Federal Labor & Employment Laws, we cannot under any circumstances cancel projects or refund monies paid into a unique development project AFTER actual PHASE I production work has begun. In our industry Less than 10% of the cost of your project is directly related to any profits or overhead expenses that may be associated with the development of a custom design project. Over 90% of all costs are directly applied towards the payment of wages or comphensation to the skilled laborers that are employed and/or contractred to fulfill the requirements of your project.
REMEMBER THAT THE WORK PRODUCED IS BEING DONE FOR YOU AT YOUR REQUEST ! ESSENTIALLY YOU CONTRACT OUR FIRM OR AFFILIATES FOR SERVICE WHEREBY, IN MOST CASES, WE WILL BE PROVIDING MANUAL LABOR AND/OR EMPLOYMENT TO FULFILL YOUR SPECIFIC PROJECT REQUIRMENTS. THEREFORE, GENERAL COURTESY DICTATES THAT YOU ARE 100% EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURING THAT FEDERAL LAW MNADATES ARE HONORED AND INSURED BY MAKING AGREED UPON PAYMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER SO THAT EMPLOYEES OR CONTACTORS MAY BE PAID FOR ANY AND ALL ACTUAL WORK THAT IS PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE TO YOUR INSTRUCTION. Only in the event that work was performed or provided for WITHOUT your authorization will we be able to consider any request for a CANCELLATION and/or REFUND on any project.
By placing a deposit on a new project every new client agrees to a one-time option of requesting a cancellation or refund during the prescheduled, original JOB ASSESSMENT appointment prior to PHASE I production. Again, Due to Federal Labor & Employment Laws, we are compelled to adhere to these policies since over 90% of our expenses are directly labor related. This practice is customary in our industry, and our honest discosure of the seriousness under which we enforce this policy serves to protect both you, the client, and our employees and/or contactors.
In the CUSTOM DESIGN Industry, development work is customarily unique to individual projects and cannot be recaptured, reused, or resold in most cases. In the event that a client's project must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, all clients are offered the option of transferring the paid in value of their project, less any completed work, to an alternate account and/or project for other products or services offered by Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. and/or any of its affiliate companies..
