CHARGEBACKS and DISPUTES:
Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. and/or any of its affiliate companies makes an extra effort to insure that all of its
policies and procedures are clearly stated, identified and understood by
all clients prior to the acceptance and/or beginning of any and all work
to be done by its employees or production affiliates.
It is clearly herein
PUBLICLY POSTED, stated and understood that in NO EVENT will a client DISPUTE
CHARGES or initiate CHARGEBACK procedures UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE which
relates to work which has been completed and/or paid to Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. or any of its affiliate companies in good faith and as authorization to perform any CUSTOM Design Services, or that has been charged for
ANY services completed or delivered in good faith, including but not limited to HOSTING Services, SEO Services or any other service that is directly related to work that has been performed at the request or authorization of a client.
In the unlikely event that a client wishes to initiate
a request for refund or charge back it is expressly understood that the
herein stated Terms & Conditions supercede any and all proceedings be they
written, verbal or otherwise represented, including any card holder agreements
that may state otherwise. In the conducting of fair and honest business
trade with Go Worldwide NetworKs, Inc. or any of its affiliate companies, it is expressly understood and
agreed by all clients that any and all legal disputes arising from failure
to comply with these policies, will be handled under Colorado State jurisdiction,
and that Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. and/or any of its affiliate compnaies will be entitled to collect any and
all legal fees incurred as fair compensation as permitted by Colorado law.
Only in the event that a CHARGEBACK or DISPUTE is of legitimate error on the part of Go Worldwide Network, Inc. and/or any of its affiliate companies, will such a request for refund or acknowledgement of dispute be honored. It is understood than in any circumstances of dispute that any and all original source files, programming code, image files, etc will remain the sole property of Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. or its affiliates until such a time that any said dispute be resolved by full payment of any fees or payments that are due to settle any account balances that may be owed by the client.
Completion of ANY work APPROVED by a client in no event shall constitute acceptable grounds for dispute or refund in the event that a client has simply changed their minds regarding a project and/or forgotten to record a legitimate and authorized transaction charged to their own accounts.
