LATE PAYMENT POLICIES :
Due to the custom labor intensive nature of most development projects, and federal labor laws, Go Click It Enterprises, LLC and Go Woldwide Networks, Inc. has very strict policies relating to late payments. If you have made an agreement with our firm and have been extended NET TERMS, we expect those terms to be honored in good faith and ON TIME. In the event that we are unable to collect any due payments on or before the date which was agreed upon, we will extend a courtesy 48 to 72 hour grace to recieve your payment. We will also attempt to contact you to notify you of the payment that was due.
If payments are not made promptly, we reserve the right to place any project on hold, and or cancell any project in progress until which a time exist that any and/or all full payments due have been made. In the event that we are unable to collect due payments for a period greater than 10 Business Days, all clients agree that Go Click It Enterprises, LLC and Go Worldwide Networks, Inc. retains the right to completely cancell any incomplete or existing design projects or other related services, and furthermore, that no refunds or penalties will be assessed to it's firms, affiliates, staff or associates for doing so. Fair comphensation or re-activation fees would apply in the event that a client wishes to resume a project that has been cancelled as a result of their late payment.
