PAYMENT TERMS, OPTIONS and POLICIES :
We accept Checks, Money Orders, MasterCard, VISA and American Express Credit or Debit Cards!
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS : Clients wishing to SECURE their purchase and PROTECT your development investments are encouraged to provide full payment via one of the above Major Credit Cards. This process naturally allows you to spread any of the expense for your project over time with the minimum monthly payment installments granted by your creditor. Please respect the fact that Go Click It Enterprises, LLC is not a financial or lending institution and in no event should be expected to cover the expenses related to your unique project.
Due to the completely "Customized" nature of our design and development projects
it is usually considered Standard Industry Practice to require 100% Advance
Payment on any projects less than $3000.00 prior to commencement of any project
development. We will extend NET terms only with Approved Credit. Because you,
the Client, are ultimately in control of how quickly a project is completed,
it is very rare that we will extend terms for payment to be due upon completion
of a project. Please be prepared to complete your project in a timely and efficient
manner.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS : Payment may be made via Master Card, Visa, or American Express Credit or Debit Cards. Personal or Company Checks, and Money Orders are also welcome. However, please note that personal or company checks must clear payment with our bank before any actual production work can begin.
FOR PROJECTS UNDER $3000 : We normally require 100% Advanced Payment and/or a 50% Minimum Deposit for 1) activation, configuration and registration of the domain name on one of our servers, and 2) the prescheduled assessment appointment, with the Balance (50%) to be paid prior to any Phase One Design Work being done. We will only consider special arrangements if they are negotiated in advance and With Approved Credit.
FOR PROJECTS OVER $3000 : Terms will usually only be extended to clients that are able to secure payment with a credit or debit card that may be kept on file and used to process payment on the date due. For projects valued at over $3000, we will usually extend (WAC) the following terms:
FOR PROJECTS PRICED FROM $3000 TO $5,999 : A Minimum Deposit
of 50% must be paid IN ADVANCE for any service request being scheduled for
completion. The remaining balance on the project will be due in 30 days from
the date of the deposit and must be paid on or before the due date to avoid
cancellation of services, REGARDLESS OF THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF YOUR PROJECT.
This is because 99% of the time, it is the client, not GoClickit, that causes
project delays due to incomplete and/or untimely submission of content. In
the event that a project is completed prior to the "net" installment becoming
due, payment may be requested on completion.
FOR PROJECTS PRICED $6,000 OR MORE : Normally, a Minimum Deposit
of 33% must be paid IN ADVANCE for ANY service request being scheduled for
completion. Upon receipt of a 33% deposit, we will customarily require the
balance to be paid in two equal installments at Net 30 days and Net 60 days
for the remaining amount due on the project. These installments are due on
or before the due dates and must be paid on time to avoid cancellation of services,
REGARDLESS OF THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF YOUR PROJECT. This is (again) because
99% of the time, it is the client, not GoClickit, that causes project delays
due to incomplete and/or untimely submission of content. In the event that
a project is completed prior to the FINAL "net" installment becoming due, payment
may be requested on completion.
In some cases due to the nature of the project, we may be required to do a much larger amount of front-end work on the Phase 1 and Phase 2 development - usually due to database or extensive graphic development. In these cases, we may ask for a 50% down payment with the balance due in two 25% installments at Net 30 and Net 60 days. The same conditions specified above would apply to this payment scenario.
SPECIAL TERMS and CONSIDERATIONS : We will gladly consider any special request for Payment Terms, to be negotiated in advance by all parties prior to the commencement of any actual production services. If one of the above conditions already exists on an active project, we will not be able to alter those arrangements. Please make any special payment requests in advance!!
