ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING PRODCEDURES

All of our PHP/MySQL designs contain an advanced, easy to use administrator interface that will make it possible for you to edit your own web pages or shopping cart content anytime you like. Therefore, after Phase 3 is completed our packages all include a training session on how to use the interface and manage your site content. This session will be limited to two hours maximum - more than enough time for even people with poor computer skills to be able to learn how to manage their site.

We will schedule this session with you in advance so that all of your people that will be responsible for managing your site may be present. We typically perform these training sessions via conference call. If for some reason you require more extensive training beyond the two hour limit, then our standard billing rate of $80.00 per hour (for existing clients) would apply.

WEBSITE TRACKING SOFTWARE

All of our website owners are provided with state-of the-art Urchin web tracking software at no charge. This powerful system will let you see how many visits your site receives a day, how many pages are viewed per session, which are your most popular pages, and lots of other information about your site visitors' behavior. Simply log in using the username and password that we will provide to you, and you will instantly see a bar graph showing the number of sessions per day for the previous week. There is an easy to use menu on the left that will allow you to change the date range, change the type of information you want to view, etc. After using it once you will probably know more than you wanted to know about how your site is being viewed on the Internet. The database is updated daily at midnight Eastern Standard Time.

The software includes very informative help screens; therefore we don't include Urchin advanced features training with our packages. If you consult the help screens and still require assistance, then our standard billing rate of $80.00 per hour (for existing clients) would apply, OR you can use a portion of any free maintenance hours you may have available.
