PHASE THREE DESIGN PROCEDURES

This phase is the construction of all the remaining pages of your site (all final content) and can take 2 to 8 weeks depending on your content. It's important for us to see the entire scope of all the website content so we can identify missing pieces, QC the materials and advise you when we see a better way to display your content. Therefore, WE MUST RECEIVE ALL THE CONTENT FOR ALL OF YOUR PAGES BEFORE WE WILL START PHASE THREE. This mean that immediately after the assessment, you should start the process of assembling this content so that you have it ready when we complete Phase 2. However, PLEASE don't submit Phase 3 content until we ask for it!

Once we have all of the content, plan a minimum of 10-15 business days to complete this phase even for a small project, as our schedules our subject to first-come, first-served production.

If we are developing an E-Commerce site, this Phase also includes the time required for the activation of your Merchant Account and Gateway, including testing, which can take up to a week depending on various factors.

Also remember that we consider one page of content to be up to two screens worth of information (similar to an 8-1/2 by 11, single spaced Word document). Excessive scrolling is an inconvenience to your visitors and we do not recommend it. Also, your package price is based on this limitation. If you require more content than this then we will need to negotiate additional charges for the extra page layout labor we will be performing (text wrapping, image placement, page targets, etc).

We would like the content for each of the remaining pages to be submitted separately (see Content Submission Guidelines below). Likewise, we will require your written approval of a single final content page layout before we will proceed to subsequent remaining pages. Our pricing is based on a continuity that should be maintained for the purpose of overall design and navigational quality. Multiple page layouts are achievable, but may involve additional costs, so please plan your final page design to share a common fluency . i.e., page headers, font styles, image styles and placements etc., After your approval of a single general Phase 3 page layout, all other pages can be developed to match this continuity with out your approval, providing that this continuity is being maintained, so please plan accordingly.

Any other functions like shopping carts, forms, bulletin boards, etc. are also built and will all need to be tested by you during this phase so also please plan time in your schedule so that these matters may be addressed, finalized and approved.

IMPORTANT E-COMMERCE NOTES:

It is very important that you do NOT obtain Gateway or any Outside E-Commerce support solutions for your E-Commerce development without approving its compatibility and discussing it with us first! While it is your responsibility to acquire these services if needed for use on your site, it is likewise your responsibility to insure their compatibility with all other components we are utilizing in the development process. Our prices do not include reconfiguring our development solutions to work with outside or incompatible services, software, or other non-approved components. If you acquire these types of services without our approval, or change them once established and tested to be properly functional, at any time, we cannot guarantee that they will function properly with the existing key components that are required and/or have been customized for you already. Therefore, we would not be responsible for any related fees or expenses associated in resolving compatibility issues. We are available at anytime to provide you the proper guidance in establishing these required services. We have also posted key resource references and compatible solutions for these services on our website and are also always available via phone or email to recommend the most appropriate options based on your development. At the necessary and appropriate time of the process, we will contact you to insure that these services are being established and are in compliance with this very important step of the procedures. Please be prompt in accommodating these requests when we make them so that we can complete you project in a timely and efficient manner.
